Hey everyone!!
I really want to lose ten pounds to look and feel better but i am having a hard time getting motivated. I really only want the end results without having to do anything but i know that won't work.
So, does anybody know something exciting or interesting that i could try so that i might actually lose these stubborn ten pounds??
It's that time of the year. Starting off this week with a BIG meal for Thanksgiving. What plans have you in place to make sure that your first New Year's resolution doesn't involve weight loss? Now's the time to be thinking about it. How about you?
