The Best Way to Relax And Lose Weight - Lose Weight With A Passion

In today's world it almost seems impossible to just get a second to relax and enjoy life without being nagged by something. Stress is always present in our lives and diet and exercise only contribute to our stress. Very rarely do people talk about how great and enjoyable their diet and exercises are. If they were than no one would ever be fat. The best way to relax and lose weight is to remove stress from your life for just a shortened amount of time.

Success or Failure

Any attempt to lose weight from diet and exercise are either met with success or failure. There is no in between. The best way to make your endeavor a home run is to place small hurdles in your path and learn how to leap them. Your new diet should not be starvation because you will quit within a week. I am not saying that you are weak but there is never any real incentive to starve yourself for an extended amount of time. When it comes to your exercise and fitness the best way to relax and lose weight is if you are doing something that you are impassioned about and enjoy.

Becoming Passionate

To tell you to become passionate about something is almost like telling you to turn on a light switch and make magic happen. The truth is there are already physical activities that you love and simply doing more of them would make you more physically active because you are enthused about them. The best key to becoming more active is by doing more of them. Here are some of my favorites that I always enjoy and leave me in a relaxed mood.

- Golf or the driving range

- Weightlifting and feeling the testosterone rush

- Walking but on a nature trail or in a historic neighborhood

- Flag football or pickup games in the neighborhood

- Volleyball

- Rowing on the river

- Running on the Beach at night

- Soccer Games

As you can see there are many things that you can right now that you can enjoy and be physically active. The hardest part is just thinking outside the box and seeing what it is that you love and how that can become a calorie burner.

The best way to relax and lose weight is by doing things that you love and enjoy. Not only can they burn calories but they can be good stress relievers as well.
