Use These Smart Fat Burning Diets To Blast Off Pounds Of Fat For Good!

Sometimes we're stuck with eating at fast food restaurants, because it's difficult to find time to cook. Here are a few fat burning diets that work to help you keep your weight loss plan:

Do Delis and Subs

Deli sandwiches using boiled or broiled meats like turkey, lean ham, chicken breast or roast beef are great substitutes for a heavy lunch. To get less carbs, if thick bread is used for the sandwich, take off the top bread. Cut the bottom bread in half and use one of the halves for the top bread.

Smart Burger Choice

When you're craving for a burger, just get a regular hamburger or one of those kiddie burgers. Both have lesser calories than a quarter pounder that comes with extras like mayonnaise, cheese and more meat.

Skip the Sauces

If you want to have any of the regular items in a burger store menu, skip the heavy sauces such as mayonnaise and other toppings. Calories add up with each addition of these toppings. For flavor, just go for the diet friendly mustard and pile on the vegetables for extra fiber, crunch, and taste.

Tips on Pizza

One thing you should know is that pizza shops can actually be good for your diet. They usually have a salad bar that has lots of fresh vegetables. You could even get a small pizza if you choose your toppings wisely. A great option is vegetarian pizza. Ask for less cheese to save on calories more. Try the thin crust pizzas; they have less carbohydrates and calories compared with thick crust ones. For good measure, share your slice with a friend!

Never do a Double

You can make your portions smaller if you're getting something from the regular menu. Avoid the heavy choices like foot long hot dogs or double cheeseburgers. A favorite eatery of mine gives "double" fries for an extra 49 cents. Sounds like a good deal but these won't help in decreasing your waistline.

Go for Side Salads

Side salads are a great way to boost your vegetable intake even if you are having fast food. They're not that expensive too. Just look out for the toppings that are high in fat such as regular dressings, bits of bacon, cheese, and others. If you order a salad that comes with these, ask for the server to remove them. Tell the waiter to put your light dressing on the side - that will help you control the amount you use.

In order to keep your calories low, try to avoid fast food as much as you could. However, if it comes to a point where you don't really have a choice you can't go wrong with these smart fast food choices above.
